Bugfixes

Fixed several bugs and changed/improved features

Updated windows and web builds, linux is buggier(old version)

- poison clouds are Y-sorted

-hit SFX plays when player/enemies get damaged (was bugged)

-can't phase through walls anymore by attacking so my troll stage is un-cheesable(I hope)

-screen transitions look better

-killer whale difficulty was downtuned with a different SFX warning for "off screen attacks" 

did not include visual representation for boss invulnerability. An important feature but one that requires more thinking, this update is just for smaller improvements.
